Everyone knows that the first week on a new diet tends to be the best, but I still managed to lose another 3 pounds this week, for a total loss of 6.5 pounds in two weeks, which I am thrilled with!
I also lost 1cm off my waist and 1.5cm off my hips. Not huge numbers, but still going down, so I’m happy there too.
Today is another fast day, and even though I’m already quite hungry, I’m filled with willpower to get through it after such a good weigh in.
