Hello and welcome to my little piece of the internet!

5:2 and me is a little blog that I started to track my weight loss journey and keep myself motivated as I follow the 5:2 diet. Here you will see updates about my weight, measurements and photos of my progress. I will also share some of the food I eat on fast days, as well as positive or negative thoughts and feelings that I may be having at the time.

I am someone that has always been in the upper end of the healthy weight range for my height and size, so I don’t have a huge amount of weight I want to lose – about 25 pounds. What I really want is to transform myself into someone who is fit and healthy, who looks and feels great.

So, that’s my mission statement, feel free to join me for the ride.
